Camps are staffed by young adults who can’t wait to hang out with kids and love to share Christ through every aspect of camp! Every staffer must apply and be interviewed by a member of our office team. They have skills, experience, and most of all, a passion for seeing kids come to know the Lord. Our staff and their desire to hang out with your kids at every possible moment is our greatest asset. Staff set examples for kids that far outlive the themes and happenings of camp, and that's why we do what we do: to make sure that every person that leaves CentriKid Camp has a life-changing experience with Jesus Christ.

- Our online application is currently closed. The link is still available for staff who need access to their forms. We are not able to schedule any more online interviews at this time.
- All applicants must complete an online application and have a personal or online interview.
- Applicants will be notified of placement by March 31.

- You must be 18 and/or have completed one year of college by the time camp will start to qualify to work with CentriKid Camps.
- If you are a high school student and are interested in working at camp the future, check out the Student Leader Apprentice (SLA) program.

- Have a vibrant walk with the Lord, maintaining a daily quiet time, and a genuine love for kids.
- Lead a daily Bible study, two tracks, and recreation for campers during camp.
- Be able to share the gospel and disciple campers.
- Help camp run smoothly, work toward team unity, and be involved in weekly evaluation of camp.
- Abide by staff policies as outlined in Statement of Commitment and staff manual.
- Don't give up Facebook for Lent. This sounds weird ... but every year we utilize Facebook groups for pre-summer staff information and every year, somebody gives up Facebook for Lent and makes it harder to keep the team on the same page.
